Rellenos del Sur S.L. constituted in 1997, dedicated mainly to the manufacture of laminated pepper paste with a clear objective: innovating the range of fillings for table olives. Our team of professionals joined in the research, design and development of new formulas, to manufacture new products for the commercialization of stuffed olives.
The technology developed by Rellenos del Sur, has increased considerably the volume of olive consumption, thanks to the extensive range of flavors developed of laminated pastes for filling in automatic machines. We are proud to be the first company that has made it possible for any food product to be able to be a filling element in olives, contributing in this way to the sector having new expectations in the marketing and export of stuffed olives.
These products, in addition to the table olive sector, can be used in other sectors such as pre-cooked food, pastries, meat, etc.
